Workbench purchasing FAQ
What is included with a workbench?
The quotation lists the frame, worktop, accessories and quantities supplied. Chairs, trolleys and other ESD products are separate selections; items in layout photographs are not automatically included.
Can the size and accessories be customized?
Dimensions and accessory arrangements can be customized around your task. Share equipment dimensions, working height and storage needs; accessory fit is checked against the chosen structure.
Are finished products inspected?
QC staff check finished products. Agree inspection items and acceptance requirements for the selected model; general QC does not replace model-specific ESD testing.
What technical information should I request?
Product information and technical data sheets support selection. Specify any drawings, assembly information or ESD documentation needed for your purchasing review.
How are lead time and sample availability confirmed?
Timing and sample availability depend on the model, quantity and customization. Include the destination and required arrival date so production and transport can be considered together.
How can the order be shipped?
Sea, air, truck and courier options are available. Ask for packed dimensions and shipping terms; the method depends on destination, order size and timing.
