Determination of pH value:

The pH value of leather protective glovess shall be determined according to the method of pH determination in leather chemical test.

 

Measurement of finger flexibility of protective gloves:

Number and condition of samples. The sample is 4 pairs of complete new protective glovess without any softening treatment.

Test method. Place the test rod on a flat table. A trained tester puts on protective glovess and picks up the test rod with his index finger and thumb. The tester shall pick up the test rod three times continuously within 30s.

Test results. According to the above method, the smallest test rod that can be picked up is the test result.

 

Water vapor transmittance detection method:

Under certain temperature and humidity conditions, the leather test piece is fixed at the mouth of the moving test bottle, and the test bottle is equipped with solid desiccant. When the test bottle moves, the water vapor is absorbed by the solid desiccant through the leather test piece. If the test bottle is weighed within the specified time, the weight of the water vapor absorbed by the desiccant through the leather during this period can be determined.

 

Water vapor absorption detection method:

Do not cut a circular sample with a diameter of 85mm from three protective gloves. The sample shall be flat without suture or material defects. The sample shall be placed in an environment with a temperature of 23 ℃ and a relative humidity of 50%.

 

Test method for permeability resistance:

Immerse the glovess in water, pressurize and inflate the inside of the gloves, and determine whether there is air leakage according to whether there are bubbles or water droplets on the surface of the gloves.


If some glovess are not suitable for inflation, water leakage detection can be used. If there are water drops on the surface of the gloves, it means that the gloves are not impermeable.

2. Penetration resistance test: immerse the glovess in water, pressurize and inflate the inside of the glovess, and determine whether there is air leakage according to whether there are bubbles or water droplets on the surface of labor protection glovess. If some gloves are not suitable for inflation, water leakage detection can be used. If there are water drops on the surface of the gloves, ESD clothes or ESD shoes, it means that the gloves are not impermeable.
