Smooth and Durable Surface

The sticky mat is composed of multiple layers of PE film. Each layer is coated with high-viscosity adhesive, helping the mat stay smooth, durable and stable during daily use. The adhesive surface can effectively capture dirt and dust from shoe soles and wheels, reducing particle transfer into clean and controlled areas.

High-Viscosity Adhesive Coating

The adhesive layer is designed to remove dust, dirt and small particles before people or carts enter laboratories, cleanrooms or electronics production areas. The coating is non-degumming and suitable for continuous entrance cleaning applications.

Digital Label for Easy Replacement

Each layer of the sticky mat has a digital label. When the surface layer becomes dirty, users can easily identify and peel off the used layer, then expose a clean adhesive layer for continued use. This design improves replacement efficiency and helps maintain a cleaner entrance control area.

Protective Top Layer

The mat comes with a transparent non-sticky protective layer. This protective layer helps protect the adhesive surface before use and should be removed before installation. After removal, the adhesive surface can start collecting dust and particles immediately.

Product Structure

The sticky mat is designed with a layered structure for convenient use and replacement. The upper layer captures dust and dirt during use. When the surface becomes dirty, the used film layer can be peeled off to expose a fresh adhesive layer. The bottom layer helps the mat remain fixed on the floor during daily use.

How to Use Sticky Mat

Before use, clean the floor surface and make sure it is dry, flat and free from oil or dust. Place the sticky mat at the entrance of the cleanroom, laboratory, workshop or controlled area. Remove the transparent protective layer before use.

When operators walk across the mat or carts pass over it, the adhesive layer captures dust and particles from shoes and wheels. When the top layer becomes dirty, peel it off according to the digital label and continue using the next clean layer.

For better contamination control, the sticky mat should be installed at cleanroom entrances, air shower exits, laboratory access points, production line passages and other areas where foot traffic or wheel movement may bring dust into the controlled environment.
