The LEENOL LN-1560116 Moisture-Wicking ESD Jacket is designed for personnel working in static-sensitive production and controlled environments where both electrostatic protection and wearing comfort are important.

Its fabric combines 56% polyester, 4% carbon fibre and 40% moisture-absorbing quick-dry yarn. A 5mm × 5mm carbon-fibre conductive grid is distributed across the garment to provide a continuous path for static dissipation. The specified surface resistance is 10⁶–10⁷ Ω.

Unlike a basic ESD work coat, this model places additional emphasis on moisture management. The quick-dry yarn moves perspiration toward the fabric surface, making the jacket more suitable for warm production areas or work involving continuous movement.

The jacket features long sleeves, a short hip-covering length, a lapel collar and button-front closure. White is the standard color shown on the page, while other colors, sizes and branding options can be customized according to project requirements.

5mm Conductive Grid

Carbon fibres form a 5mm × 5mm conductive grid throughout the fabric. This structure distributes the conductive paths across the garment instead of concentrating ESD functionality in only one local area.

The resulting surface resistance of 10⁶–10⁷ Ω is specified for controlled static dissipation in ESD-sensitive workplaces.

Moisture-Wicking Fabric

Forty percent of the fabric composition consists of moisture-absorbing quick-dry yarn.

This helps transfer perspiration away from the body and supports faster evaporation during long shifts, particularly where operators work in warmer areas or perform repeated physical tasks.

Short Workwear Design

The jacket uses a short design that covers the hip area without extending to the length of a conventional laboratory coat.
