The Leenol LN-0095-KJ18×36B ESD Sticky Mat is a premium 30μm multi-layer peelable adhesive mat designed to maintain high cleanliness standards in laboratories, cleanrooms, electronic workshops, semiconductor facilities, and controlled manufacturing environments. Each layer features high-tack film that effectively captures dust, particles, and contaminants from shoes and cart wheels while providing reliable anti-static and anti-bacterial protection.

This mat is engineered to reduce particle contamination, prevent ESD events, and improve overall cleanliness and product quality.

Smooth and durable

Composed of multiple layers of pe film, each layer is attached with a high-viscosity coating,non-degumming, smooth and durable, effectively removes dirt and dust on the soles.


Digital label

Each layer of the sticky mat has a digital label for easy replacement.

The transparent non-sticky protective layer plays a protective role, and this layer needs to be removed before use.

  • Tear off the bottom film

  • The bottom surface is pasted on the ground, etc., and the attachment surface is smoothed by hand

  • Tear off the top layer of film from the corner label

  • After using one layer, tear off the label, tear off this layer completely, and use the next layer

There are 175 workers in the Leenol sticky mat factory, including 7 engineers and 15 technicians. The company has several fully automatic multi-layer co-extrusion film blowing production lines with an annual output of more than 7,000 tons of PE film.


In 2020, the company will increase investment in two coating production lines and strive to develop chemical purification products.

Ans: Currently , our normal thickness has 30um, 35um,40um and 45um,other thickness can be accept to customize. 


4. What viscosity are these sticky mat ?
Ans: we have three kinds of different viscosity, low viscosity,medium viscosity,high medium.


5. Is there any samples available ?
Ans: yes, A4 size samples can be available for free.


6. Can this sticky mat be customized to be antibacterial and antistatic ?
Ans: yes, they can be customized to be antibacterial and antistatic
