LEENOL LN-160A1809LE Cleanroom Microfiber Wiper is designed for controlled cleaning applications where high cleanliness, low particle generation and strong absorbency are required. Made from 100% microfiber with laser sealed edges, this cleanroom wiper helps reduce fiber release and contamination during wiping, making it suitable for cleanrooms, electronics manufacturing, semiconductor production, PCB assembly, SMT processes, laboratories and precision instrument cleaning.

Compared with ordinary industrial wipes, this microfiber cleanroom wiper offers better softness, higher sorptive capacity and lower dust generation. It can remove particles, dust, liquid residue, oil stains and surface contamination without damaging sensitive surfaces. The wiper is laundered with 18MΩ pure water and packaged in a cleanroom environment to support stable cleaning performance in contamination-sensitive work areas.

Production Process

LEENOL controls the cleanroom wiper production process from raw material to final packing. The process includes chemical fiber yarn texturing, knitted fabric production, woven workshop processing, loose fabric preparation, washing, dyeing and finishing, high-temperature shaping, fabric inspection, raw material preparation, laser cutting, ultrasonic cutting, EDI pure water cleaning, slitting, cleanroom packing and final shipment.
