Our ESD Workshop Cleanroom Stool delivers a space-saving solution with a small footprint (450mm diameter base) and comprehensive ESD protection, maintaining surface resistance of 10^6 - 10^8 Ω across all contact points. Constructed from 304 stainless steel and electrostatic dissipative (ESD) polyurethane, this stool meets ISO 14644-1 Class 7 cleanroom standards with particle emission rates <35 particles/ft³ (≥0.5μm). The height-adjustable design and chemical-resistant materials make it indispensable for precision work in confined environments.

Space-Optimized Design

The narrow profile allows placement in 600mm wide work aisles while supporting 360° rotation for easy access to surrounding work surfaces. The foot ring provides stability without extending the base footprint, increasing usable floor space by 25% compared to standard lab chairs.


Rapid Charge Dissipation

A continuous conductive path from seat to floor ensures electrostatic decay time <1 second, verified through ESD STM11.11 testing. The stainless steel frame maintains <0.5Ω resistance at all connection points, preventing charge accumulation during movement.


Harsh Environment Resistance

The polyurethane seat withstands 1000+ cycles of cleaning with ethanol (70%), hydrogen peroxide (3%), and bleach solutions without degradation. Temperature stability from -30℃ to 80℃ allows use in cold storage and thermal testing areas.

Is the seat upholstered or solid?

The one-piece polyurethane seat is completely solid with no seams or fabric, eliminating particle traps and enabling thorough disinfection between shifts.
