Generally, the available surface colors of anti-static table mats are green, blue, black, gray, etc.

The characteristics of PVC anti-static table mat: smooth and shiny surface, poor flexibility;

The advantages are low price, good abrasion resistance, anti-acid, anti-alkali, anti-chemical flux, and easy to clean. The disadvantage is that the hardness is too hard, the performance of high and low temperature resistance is poor, and the service life is short. After 3 to 6 months of use, the antistatic agent will slowly volatilize, causing the antistatic effect to decline.

The characteristics of the anti-static table mat (rubber-plastic type): It is made of modified PVC and synthetic rubber as the main raw materials. The surface has the texture of rubber, and the appearance is bright and matt for choice. Compared with the PVC type, it has better flexibility and flexibility; the price is moderate, and the sales volume currently accounts for the main position in the market. It is widely used in production line countertops, anti-static desks, floor postings, and clean room wall veneers.

The characteristics of anti-static rubber sheet: The rubber material used is called nitrile rubber. The characteristics of this material are natural semiconductors and have anti-static functions. Its molecular structure is composed of countless carbon chains. The carbon chains store a certain amount of static electricity. Therefore, the static electricity generated on the surface of the mat can be introduced into the inner layer and dissipated in a short time. The residual static electricity passes through the conductive layer smoothly. Lead into the earth along with the ground.

The characteristic of the rubber table mat is that it can store a large amount of static electricity and discharge and conduct electricity in an instant, and the service life is generally more than 5 years. It is characterized by environmental protection, odorless, anti-fading, good peel resistance, good softness, strong elasticity, abrasion resistance, acid and alkali resistance, flame retardancy (optional). It is a high-end anti-static product. It is suitable for places with high anti-static safety level or long-term use places, such as electronic component workbenches, computer communication rooms, ammunition warehouses, mining areas and other important places.
