Our ESD Office Chair transforms workspaces into controlled environments with a comprehensive electrostatic dissipation system that maintains 10^6 - 10^9 Ω resistance across all surfaces. The chair combines conductive polyester mesh with a steel-reinforced frame and polyurethane foam cushioning, achieving both ergonomic support and ESD protection.

Conductive pathways integrate through the seat pan, backrest, and armrests, ensuring charge dissipation in <2 seconds regardless of user position. The five-star base includes a dedicated grounding cable with 4mm banana plug that connects to EPA floor mats or wall outlets.


Ergonomic Performance Engineering

The contoured backrest supports lumbar regions with 100N/m² pressure distribution, while the seat foam (density 45kg/m³) retains 90% of resilience after 100,000 cycles of testing. Height adjustment from 450mm to 550mm and 30° tilt range accommodate users from 150cm to 190cm tall.


Cleanroom-Compatible Design

The open-cell mesh allows 90% air circulation to prevent microbial growth, while resisting degradation from weekly cleaning with quaternary ammonium compounds. All materials meet ISO 10993-5 biocompatibility standards for skin contact safety.
