Electrician dress standard

Dress standard for maintenance electricians

Maintenance electricians shall wear work clothes, safety helmets, insulating shoes or boots when working. When waiting for work, they shall not wear sandals, slippers, bare arms or vests; When working on the equipment, strong gloves or insulating gloves shall be used; Lifting large equipment at high altitude; Safety helmet shall be worn for installation, maintenance and cable laying, and safety belt must be worn for high-altitude operation.

Application scope of anti-static safety shoes

1. It is mainly applicable to all places with electrostatic hazards (such as the operation site of petroleum, chemical industry, coal mine, printing, rubber, medical treatment, purification, electronics and other production enterprises) to prevent combustion, explosion and other electrostatic hazards caused by human static electricity.

2. ESD shoes and conductive shoes should not wear insulated woolen thick socks and insulated insoles at the same time. It is prohibited to use static shoes as insulated shoes.

3. The place where anti-static safety shoes are used shall be anti-static ground, and the place where conductive shoes are used shall be conductive ground.

4. ESD shoes should be used together with anti-static clothing, and pay attention to the cleanliness, waterproof and moisture-proof of the product.
