What is EVA foam?
EVA foam material is composed of the main material EVA, fillers, foaming agents, bridging agents, foaming accelerators, lubricants,
and auxiliary materials: leftovers, antistatic agents, flame retardants, quick curing agents, and colorants.
The glue machine beats the raw materials into soft glue, and then presses the soft glue into a sheet through a roller machine.
After putting the sheet material into a large flat foam mold, after a high temperature of 160 to 170 degrees,
the time is generally 90 to 100 seconds. The pressure is 150KG, and the foaming is formed.
This process produces the plate, and the desired size and thickness are drawn through the cutting machine.
Features of EVA and PEVA
