Anti-static safety shoes are protective shoes designed to eliminate the accumulation of static electricity on the human body and prevent electric shocks of currents below 250V. They are produced in accordance with the GB4385-1995 standard. Anti-static, electric insulation, sole. 1. They are mainly applicable to places where static electricity on the human body may cause combustion, explosion and other hazards (such as in petroleum, chemical, coal mining, printing, rubber, medical, purification, electronic and other production enterprises' operation sites). 2. Anti-static safety shoes and conductive shoes should not be worn simultaneously with insulating thick socks and insulating insoles. It is prohibited to use anti-static shoes as insulating shoes. 3. The places where anti-static safety shoes are used should have anti-static floors, and the places where conductive shoes are used should have conductive floors.
1. Anti-static safety shoes must not be used as insulating shoes;
2. Wearing anti-static shoes should not be accompanied by wearing thick insulating woolen socks or using insulating insoles;
3. Anti-static shoes should be used in conjunction with anti-static clothing;
4. Anti-static shoes should be tested for their resistance value once every 200 hours. If the resistance does not fall within the specified range, they cannot be used as anti-static shoes.
