Our Industrial Adjustable Antistatic SMT Magazine Rack provides a specialized solution for high-temperature environments, constructed from 304 stainless steel with a proprietary conductive coating achieving surface resistance of 10^5 - 10^7 Ω. This rack maintains electrostatic control even at 120℃ (248°F), exceeding industry standards by withstanding temperatures 40% higher than conventional ESD storage solutions. Certified to ESD S20.20 and IPC-A-610, it ensures PCB magazines remain protected throughout the thermal assembly process.

Thermal Stability Engineering

The rack’s material exhibits a thermal expansion coefficient of 17.3 × 10^-6 /℃, minimizing dimensional changes during temperature fluctuations. Independent testing confirms resistance values remain within specification after 1000 cycles of -40℃ to 120℃ thermal shock, ensuring consistent performance in extreme environments.


Precision Adjustment System

Laser-calibrated adjustment rails offer 0.1mm incremental positioning for magazine widths from 50mm to 350mm, accommodating standard PCB sizes from 50x50mm to 330x250mm. The ball-bearing slide mechanism reduces insertion force by 60%, preventing component displacement during loading/unloading.


Integrated Safety Features

Each rack includes dual 4mm grounding ports with color-coded cables for redundant electrostatic dissipation. The heat-resistant handle remains at ≤45℃ even when ambient temperature reaches 120℃, preventing operator burns during hot-zone access.
